Very happy with the reformer. I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for 20 years and can confirm this is a high quality piece of equipment. Very quiet and smooth. I placed the order towards the end of October and it arrived in Australia around Christmas, with another few weeks for it to get to Brisbane. It came securely packed in a sturdy timber box. The seller provided shipping updates frequently. I was initially worried because the listing expected delivery date and what the seller said when I bought the reformer didn’t match but there was nothing to worry about. Would definitely trust and buy from this seller again.

Oak Pilates Reformer
I am very happy with this purchase from this company. I was glad to find an affordable version of the pilates reformer and was willing to wait the 2 months to get it. The seller informed me prior to shipping that it would take 60 days and made sure I was ok with that before proceeding. The seller promptly responded to any questions. The reformer is just like the ones I have used in pilates studios and is very well built and beautiful! The wood frame is solid and the upholstery is very smooth, comfortable and well crafted. It came mostly assembled with just a few finishing touches I was easily able to do on my own. I am enjoying doing pilates reformer workouts most days a week now with YouTube instructors which really feels like having your own personal trainer in your house anyway.
Overall, I highly recommend this product from this seller and I would do the purchase over again. The value of the product and the experience is excellent.
